Last year, Aragona's Christopher Tanghe became one of only 211 sommeliers in the entire world to have earned the elite title of Master Sommelier.  Less than a year later, Tanghe has been honored again — as one of Food and Wine Magazine's Sommeliers of the Year. Seattle food writer Rebekah Denn reminds us that while best-of lists may seem ubiquitous, Food and Wine's designations are "curated with care and considered a career milestone."  Tanghe, who is in his early thirties and serves as Aragona's wine director, began studying to be a Master Sommelier before his 21st birthday. — C.H.
